Pet Insurance
Pet insurance is now active again in the UAE because of the increasing trend of pet ownership in the region. Due to the lack of an appropriate tool to sustain pet’s medical bills and help owners to get rid of stress and burden when it comes to their pet’s veterinary care and costs, various insurance companies are activating their network to widen pet’s medical coverage. It is now becoming popular again and while it doesn’t cover everything, it can be a huge help when your pet suffers an unexpected illness or accident.
As such, The City Vet Clinic is pleased to partner with Oslo Pet Insurance; the region’s first pet insurance made for your furry friends. Once covered, we are happy to help you submit your claim seamlessly as possible to try and help expedite your reimbursement.
Please don’t ever hesitate to ask your primary doctor to create and provide you with an estimate of charges before any treatment recommendations. We want to help you and have informed decisions regarding the health of your animals, and this includes financial and medical considerations. While our doctors are committed to providing optimum care for our patients, they may be able to offer acceptable alternative treatment plans if indeed necessary.

In general, if you have a concern, it is best to raise it as soon as possible – this will make it easier for us to investigate and resolve any matters. If any of our staff were involved, it would be helpful if you can provide us with their names.
We will treat any point you raise in confidentiality. Upon receiving your letter, we will aim to contact you to find out more the issue. We may need to investigate the matter further before being able to reach a conclusion; if that is the case, we will do our best to look into it as quickly as possible and will reply to you as soon as we are able.
In normal circumstances, we would aim to have addressed your complaint within 3 business days of receiving it.Thank you for taking the time to give us your thoughts.
Appointments
To ensure a smooth experience for every pet, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you anticipate being late or need to cancel, please inform us as soon as possible so that we may offer your slot to another pet in need. Your cooperation helps us maintain a timely schedule and deliver exceptional care to all our patients.
Behavior
We understand that pet care situations can be stressful; however, we maintain a respectful and professional environment for both our clients and our team. Inappropriate or rude behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service without refund if necessary. We are committed to providing the best care for your pet and expect mutual respect during every visit.
