The level of high-quality service from the vets, especially Dr Stella and Dr Stelios and also with other staff that contributed each & everyone in their best way, is beyond the way imaginable. The City Vet Clinic is reliable for its professionalism and amazing doctors. We have been together with The City Vet for more than 6 years now and Dr Saman of the Mirdif branch has saved our little pug a couple of times where she was in critical situations; loss of consciousness, spay operation and with other medical issues.

My cat Hazel and I visit The City Vet Clinic Al Ain very often for her monthly grooming and occasionally for medical check-ups with Dr Inam.
The groomer is very gentle and Hazel is surprisingly very calm in his hands (mind you, she does not even let me carry her at home!). The groomer does amazing wonders.
On the other hand, Dr Inam is very caring and knows what he’s doing. He lets you know all possible treatments ranging from least expensive to most expensive and would do what is best for the pet. Several times he would message me after the appointment to check up on Hazel and make sure everything is going well, which is amazing because that shows that he cares about more than money.
Really appreciate the hard work as it is not easy to be responsible for people’s pets. We will for sure continue to bring Hazel to this clinic for the rest of her long & healthy life.

-We were so lucky to have found Dr Abraham, who is an avian specialist. He just does not cure patients, I felt that he cared more for animals. He explained what the issue is and gave options on how to resolve it. -It is very hard to find a very good and trustworthy avian vet in this country.
-The nurses are well informed and trained, they know what they are doing. They are gentle and knowledgeable in terms of handling pets.
